How Reciprocity Works
Reciprocity agreements allow concealed carry permit holders from one state to legally carry in another state that recognizes their permit. When you obtain your CCW certification through SafetyCCW and apply for your home state permit, that permit will be recognized in the thirty-five additional states shown on our coverage map.
This means you can travel across the majority of the United States while maintaining your legal right to carry concealed. However, it's important to understand that you must still comply with the specific laws and regulations of each state you visit, as they may differ from your home state.
